If we decide that delivery will not be possible to you, you will be notified, the order will be cancelled, and you will have your payment returned.
Orders placed via the website will be acknowledged with an initial email. To ensure you receive our emails, please add to your safe senders list, and check your spam folder for all emails ending @welshbros.co.uk
We endeavour to deliver the products to you no later than 3 working days later, but maybe longer if the whole order is required frozen. Please note, in most cases, deliveries are made within 48 hours (working days) of the order being placed.
However, if you require a certain day for delivery (Monday to Friday), please mention it in the comments section of your order. We will then send you another email confirming the expected delivery date.
All packages must be signed for. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are available to receive the delivery, unless delivery instructions are specifically made by you, agreeing to the products being left in a designated safe place. Delivery instructions can be added to the comments box, on ordering. This information will be made available to the delivery driver.
We shall not be liable for any failure to deliver, or for any loss or liability whatsoever arising from such a failure, if we fail to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.
All orders are subject to a delivery charge.
We are currently unable to deliver goods outside the UK.
